Aeromexico Partners with Medical Tourism Association

Aeromexico, an airline that travels to Mexico and other Latin American countries, has recently partnered with the Medical Tourism Association to bring patients to Latin America for health care. Aeromexico is now the preferred airline by the Medical Tourism Association for patients traveling to Latin America to receive medical treatments from its member healthcare providers. The association expects the number of medical travelers to increase significantly in the next several years as a result of the rising cost of health care in the United States.

The Medical Tourism is a non-profit organization composed of medical facilities, health care facilities, medical care providers, medical travel companies, insurance companies and other companies with interest in the medical tourism industry.

The association expects Latin America to be one of the top destinations for medical tourists in the coming years.

Aeromexico recently added flights to Chihuahua City and Albuquerque. The airline is based in Mexico City, Mexico. The airline also travels to Asia, Europe, Central America, Canada, USA and South America. It is the leading airline in Mexico and was the first airline to offer flights to Europe. Currently, it is the only airline in Mexico that offers flights to Asia. The large number of non-stop flights from the US to Mexico and its services to Latin American nations is what prompted the Medical Tourism Association to choose the airline as preferred airline.
